This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through my website hosted by Artmajeur.com or its related sites and services in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including:

(ii) the integration of services and contents of third parties such as: AddThis, Vimeo , Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Google, Instagram, Linkedin and others. The privacy policies of the respective third parties, which are available within the respective websites, apply.

1. Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Artmajeur to provide to me), such as your name, email address, phone, postal address, payment information, VAT No. and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

I maintain online presence within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with customers, prospects and users active there and to inform them about my services. When calling the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines apply to their respective operators.

Unless otherwise stated in my Privacy Policy, I process users' data as long as they communicate with me within social networks and platforms, e.g. write posts on my online presence or send me messages.
